그는 우리는 “전시 상황”이라고 선포했었다… “대규모 패혈증”으로 대량의 사망자가 발생했어야 하는데… 아무 일도 일어나지 않았다! 사망자 수는 예년과 동일하다… 이 “전쟁”을 이끌 것이라던 “과학 위원회”는 이제 막 해체되었다. 돈 마카롱(Don Macaroon)이 전쟁 종료를 발표했어야 했을까? 그는 무엇을 기다리고 있는가?
